Megan Ann Hoechstetter was arrested on Friday for setting up a fake dog rescue organization and selling puppies that were too young or sick. In Irvine, California, the Irvine Police Department stated that at least four puppies she sold to local families have died. Megan used to advertise those animals online and sell them for hundreds of dollars. Another way was to sell them to people in parking lots and public places too! It's believed she owned the pups from Mexico. However, only 19 dogs were rescued. Remember to be cautious towards any breeder and always check for vet records. Share the awareness.
